Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland, members of Memphis City Council, and the Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises community got together Wednesday to celebrate diversity.

The group gathered at the Cook Convention Center to congratulateeach other for efforts in providing meaningful diverse participation in the MemphisConvention Center renovation project.
